Hendersonville Florist - Evergreens Florist

This item popped up while I was looking for sympathy flowers. My best friend's wife passed and she really loved her china dishes. This is the perfect arrangement for her. The pattern ended up being nearly identical to her Grandmother's china. My friend and his family said it was perfect and was her in a nutshell.
Thank you,
Beautiful arrangement.

I was genuinely impressed with the team's service and professionalism. As you can see the arrangement was excellent and even the recipient (she is a flower lover and she knows her flowers) was just astonished to see how the flowers were fresh and beautifully arranged. I heard the delivery person was even very kind!! In these days it is very rare to find some service provider that is really caring for the craft they are providing. I am so pleased that I found them and I can really recommend anyone who is local and have a special occasion to just let them know what you are looking for. And they will make it happen!! Thank you so much again for the team to make my special day even special!!!

The arrangement that they put together for my Mother in Law was perfect. The delivery person went above and beyond to make sure the flowers were received. My Mother in Law's apartment is a little bit of a challenge to get to. I will definitely be using them again.

I was blown away with the service I was given! My friends lost a dear friend of theirs and I was across the globe working. I ordered these gorgeous flowers on the website and within 5 hours they were already delivered!!! AND my favorite part was getting a picture of them before they were sent. So many times you never know how it’s going to turn out. Taking out extra time to do that meant so much! I will absolutely be using them again!!! TOP TIER! ??

----
Florist's Response:

Emilee, THIS is exactly why I love what I do. ❤️
You were thousands of miles away, unable to be there in person for your friends during an incredibly difficult loss, and you trusted us to help you show up for them in the only way you could from so far away. That means more to me than I can put into words.
And the fact that you mentioned the photo we sent before delivery honestly made my day. I never want someone to place an order with us and wonder, “I hope they look beautiful.” I want you to see them, know exactly what is being delivered, and have that little moment of relief knowing that your flowers are just right.
Flowers are so much more than flowers. Sometimes they are a hug when you can't physically be there. Sometimes they say “I'm thinking of you” when there really aren't words big enough. Being trusted with those moments is something I never take for granted.
Thank you for trusting Evergreen’s Florist from across the globe. Your words, your “TOP TIER,” and knowing that we made this experience special for you will stay with me. ❤️

Very helpful and fast service! I called with a question, and not only was it answered right away, but they also took care of my order on the spot instead of having me place it online. I even received a follow-up call after the plant was delivered to make sure everything went well. It’s always great to experience this level of customer service. Highly recommend!
